Common questions
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Bring your employee count, how often you pay, the states where your employees work, and your target payday. If you’re switching providers, bring the date of your last payroll, too.
How does a regular pay run work?
Send hours and changes, review the payroll preview, and approve the run. For standard direct deposit, submit your payroll by 5 p.m. Central, two banking days before payday.
Where do employees find their pay stubs?
Go to employee sign-in to view pay stubs and W-2s in Employee Self-Service (ESS) or MyGo. Employers can use Employer on the Go to review payroll reports.
